Corner Gallery opens faculty exhibit (Slideshow)

Boswell Hall’s Corner Gallery currently holds artwork from NIC’s very own members of the art faculty.

The “Faculty Art Exhibit” holds a large number of works that display the wide breadth and talent of each professor.

Faculty participants involved in the show were Allie Kurtz Vogt, Michael Horswill, Priscilla Cooper, Richard Raymond, Phil Corlis, Donna Bain, Otis Bardwell, Fran Bahr, Jen Erickson, and Megan Riffe.

Pieces included a wide range of mediums used by each artist including oil, acrylic, and watercolor paint, charcoal, graphite, photography, mixed media sculptures, and digital collage.

The Corner Gallery is free admission and open 10am – 4pm, Monday through Thursday and 10am – 2:30pm on Friday.

The “Faculty Art Exhibit” runs Feb. 24 – March 28.
